ZRC Spices - General Terms of Wholesale Trade

1. Scope of Business: We specialize in the bulk export of spices (Star Anise, Cassia, etc.) from Yulin, China. All orders are subject to these terms.

2. Pricing: Due to the nature of the spice market, all prices are indicative. Firm offers are provided via official proforma invoice.

3. Payment Terms: We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Irrevocable L/C at sight. Specific terms will be negotiated based on order volume.

4. Trade Terms: Standard shipping terms are FOB (Qinzhou/Lianyungang) or CIF (Destination Port) as per Incoterms 2020.

5. Logistics: For Middle East markets, sea freight quotes will be provided separately based on current carrier rates and Red Sea surcharges.
