1. Quality Standards: All products are inspected at the Yulin hub to meet export grades (Moisture, Admixture, Oil Content).

2. Inspection: Buyers are encouraged to conduct pre-shipment inspections (e.g., SGS) at their own cost.

3. Claims: Any quality discrepancy must be reported within 7 days of arrival at the destination port.

4. Required Documentation: Valid claims must be accompanied by photos of the original packaging and a certificate from a recognized third-party inspection agency.

5. Resolutions: We do not accept returns for agricultural products. However, if quality issues are verified, we will provide compensation or discounts on the subsequent shipment.
